I offer catch-up services in addition to monthly bookkeeping services.

Catch-up services are billed at a lower rate (typically a 50% discount per month) and are used to get your books up to date. You may qualify for catch-up services if your books have not been completed for a few months or even a few years.

If you think you may qualify for catch-up services, simply select that option in the quote form so we can discuss during our discovery call.

No, there is no time commitment. You have the option to cancel your monthly bookkeeping at any time.

Xero is my favorite accounting software (and I know you’ll love it, too!). I include a free subscription to Xero as long as you work with me. And if we ever decide to go our separate ways, I'll transfer ownership of it all to you.

If you are already set up in another software, we can discuss if switching to Xero makes sense for your business.

Don’t worry if you don’t have an accounting software yet. Sometimes it’s easier to start fresh. I will get you set up in Xero as part of your onboarding.

No, I do not offer tax services. But I strongly encourage you to hire a tax preparer and can refer you to some of my favorites.

Monthly bookkeeping service pricing tiers can be found below. Prices vary based on your complexities and needs. I love to get clients set up with efficient systems and processes to keep the price as low as possible.

If you need catch-up services, there will be a one-time catch up fee, typically billed at a discounted rate per month. For example, if you need January - June books caught up and your monthly bookkeeping price is $350/month, the catch up fee would typically be $1,050 ($350 x 6 months x 50% discount). Then, we start with July monthly bookkeeping at $350 per month. Prices are subject to increase based on your specific bookkeeping needs.

You are billed on a monthly auto-pay subscription at the first of each month.
